      Cons

      No growth opportunities, No Promotions or significant hikes Frequent lay-offs which are not based on performance, Yeah !! Lot of politics from management, no proper communication/clarity

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
