Paypal SJ location is good . But in Chennai lot of nepotism. There are some unprofessional managers. Never concentrate on work. Just do time pass and become pimp for their managers or directors whom they report to. When they recruit they say we want only from IITs . but most of managers does not have even professional degree. These managers spend more time in playing Table tennis than with team or on project. Height of their unheeding attitude is after coming back from playing Table tennis again sharpen their skills by watching Table tennis videos online.They do not have vision for product as they never worked on product companies ever before.
