Pros
Good Team-mates and most people work hard and understand the importance of a strong work ethic. If you've the right boss then compensation and benefits are good. With the right boss you can go far very quickly.
Cons
Leadership is strongly lacking from Dublin team, with clearly played favourites. People skills are a tick box exercise and people who can talk-the-talk are preferred over actual achievements. Terrible work-life balance unless your a favourite.
