Worst company I have ever worked for - Anonymous employee PayPal Employee Review

Wage, Benefits, Company status, Career Path, CSR is a really tiring job, stressful and frustrating. You are a number, not a person in this company. Management does not care about employee satisfaction. PayPal moves agents from department to department without considering the feelings of their employees. Leadership is strongly lacking, the management is clueless with clearly played favourites. People skills are a tick box exercise and people who can talk-the-talk are preferred over actual achievements. Terrible work-life balance unless your a favourite. The politics is all over the place and the company does not care about the customers either.
