The entry level pay is great and the benefits are great. They also feign interest in helping you move up in the organization AND business world.
Cons
Because it is a "clique-like", it is hard to approach upper management with concerns without fearing some kind of retaliation or being aaron lingle'd until you are pushed to the edge and quit.
