Pros
Good hours and no real pressure on results Good benefits (health insurance, 5 weeks holidays, yearly bonus). Work conditions are good: accommodations, canteen, break area with Xbox and baby foot. Good line in a CV for a web career.
Cons
Too big structure with too many processes Hiring low skill level compare to other IT companies like Google or Facebook No career plan when reaching AM or EAM positions. Except being a team leader. The company doesn't reward the employees who deserve it but only those who have the right contacts p, it is only about politic in this company. If you want a promotion then you'd better know someone high level, they will not give it to you according to your business results.
