-Talented people -up to date with technology -Lot of good teams -Reasonable pay and Benefits -smart tools and processes to run the business
Cons
-lot of politics ,managers don't work with each other for the company's success -because of these politics ,everyday there is a new strategy and direction -Too many Reorgs ,most of them are meaningless -lack of opportunities to grow because of politics -dont get to change your filed/role -Not an environment to grow and thrive
