I have met some of the brightest and smartest people here.
Cons
There are too many - but politics is the big one. It's in everything, from setting targets to delivering weekly readouts. If a VP does not like you - your career is limited, but if he does like you - then sky is the limit. Work is not valued. Only who you know.
