      - management completely rejects advice - nepotism runs deep. have seen promotions for positions where tests are required just handed to employees who talk to management - micromanagement. If tracking chips were mainstream they would probably use it

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
