Management works on the he said she said as reality. Management does not know the business they run. Be your bosses buddy for promotion opportunities. Go with the flow or be removed from the group for having different ideas. Lack of innovation in spite of real needs to improve work life balance and customer focus. Lots of stealing of ideas and selfishness when taking credit for others work.
