Business Outlook
Pros
There was a lot of freedom of expression. Being able to dress semi business professional & allowing creative fashion/personal style. If you had a lax team lead the place was a dream.
Cons
I had to leave the company since I was unhappy with the job responsibilities. They switched me to a department that I was uncomfortable in and wouldn't allow me to switch back. No pay raise to switch departments or incentives. The Cafe advancements they did 2019 / 2020 prior from doing WFH roles were undesirable.
