Pros
Good start with career path. Good pay in the beginning. Good culture and work with excellent colleagues. No worries if your big team is valuable and do the right thing with the company.
Cons
Promotions may be influenced by reorg which means if your director (N+2 manager) org changed and you'll be not promoted. e.g. joined PP 2-3 yr and change under from A to B then back to A, the original colleagues under A got promotion and you still stayed in same level of the role.
