Business Outlook
Pros
Some high caliber people, although many of them left during or after COVID. The work itself can be interesting. Tech stack is hit or miss depending on your team, but pretty modern for a company this old Some orgs are big enough so that you can fly under the radar and coast
Cons
Politics and big egos are destroying the company culture. Lots of finger pointing and managers/directors clearly just trying to build empires. WLB can be terrible depending on the organization. With a new CEO coming in, there’s a lot of uncertainty about the future.
