Terrible Experience - Sales Representative PayPal Employee Review

There is NO opportunity for career growth on the sales side, and the rest of the organization doesn’t respect the sales team so you have nowhere to go for career advancement. The internal systems never function properly and reporting never works, so that means that you never know what your compensation is going to look like. There disputing your comp almost never works because there’s no way to review how it was calculated. They prefer to hire a certain type of young white kid so there’s very little diversity. There’s also very low experience levels, from the reps to middle management. Even the new CEO has never been a CEO before. The stock price is terrible so the RSUs are worthless, and the benefits are not good. This company will never have your back!
