Pros
It is a big company and there are new roles constantly opening. There is a good in house gym and canteen.
Cons
Biggest downsize: the poor quality of the basic and middle managers. Mostly call center type of management with lack of skills/knowledge of their area or very narrow minded managers for an Internet company of this size. Managers that got to their positions only because they were in the company for long.
