Pros
Nice people. Nice working environment. Gym, parking facilities, subsidised food. Many employee activities through events. Not based in city centre so commute is easy.
Cons
Management lines are not very clear. Multiple reorgs adding to this. No direct relationship with company strategy. Changing goals means a lot of projects are not completed.
