Good WLB and 3-year equity vest schedule. Good people and generous environment.
Cons
Shifting priorities all the time because leaders are constantly coming and going. I've had 5 managers in 2.5 years, 4 of whom were amazing. Final manager showed extreme favoritism and bias - they couldn't care less about your career development or growth. Getting promoted is extremely difficult because career ladder and expectations are not clearly defined. Poor paternity/maternity leave policies. Constantly looking over your shoulder to see who is next on the chopping block (layoffs every 6 months basically).
