A disappointing experience - Customer Success Manager PayPal Employee Review

Zero culture, little/no innovation and lack of training/onboarding for new employees new to PayPal and/or the vertical. I had accounts after a month of starting and none of my internal counterparts wanted to work with me on getting a download/background and only cared about their best interests... not that of your internal partners. Support is all outsourced and useless and SLAs are often/never met. Leadership team has never sat in the seat and it shows in the way they "manage". Ultimately, it was a soul sucking experience and you are not set up for success out of the gates and their stock reflects that.
