      Overall PayPal has good work life balance. Good benefits, flexible unlimited time off, and work is not micro-managed.

      Cons

      Recently moved from full remote to hybrid 3 days per week in office. This seems to be industry standard.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Cons

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
