10yThanks for taking the time to share your feedback. The voice of the employee is really important to us and gives us insights into areas where we need to continue to improve. We started revising the performance management process during last years’ focal review. Changes will continue throughout 2016 as we strive to hire, develop and retain high performers in all parts of the business. We’re investing a lot in learning to help build leadership capability and continue to skill our employees to work with the latest technologies. Your note on tech debt is well taken, as it is a difficult balance to retire debt while constantly striving to deliver innovative payments solutions for our customers. I’ll share this comment with the tech leadership as a reminder of the importance cleaning up our code base.
