Horrible work environment - Retirement Plan Sales Paychex Employee Review

People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.

A guaranteed paycheck is the only positive attribute I can post for Paychex.

Paychex used to be a Decent company to work for. Over the last 2 years it has been a disaster since so many company changes have taken place. Most client services are now “ outsourced” to other countries. However employees are warned of “ trigger” words to not use so that the clients do not have this information. The clients are constantly upset due to so many mistakes our Global partners make , then we are responsible for correcting all the errors. Management is aware of this. The clients are not happy at all. Yet nothing changes. Would not advise anyone or refer other to work for this company.
