Pros

They will hire literally anyone so if your desperate, you can get a job. Other than that, none.

Cons

The training is horrific. Four weeks of “instructor led” training. And by that they mean you get an actual human 30 mins out of the day; the rest of the time is self learning. Very little help. The next week you go into a full week of 100% self led training . Which is 8 hours of reading job aids a day. The turnover is exponential, this is guaranteed among one of the reasons. You have a whole team of trainers yet 99.999% of the training is SELF taught. So what are they doing all day? Do not expect any support at this place

Pros

People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

Cons

Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.

Pros

Remote work is a plus. Collaboration from peers is more plus than minus. Documentation of business technology was great for the most part.

Cons

Worse holiday observance company I ever worked for. Pay is low for what is asked. Work/life balance was good until 2025. Mid-level leadership and above is not ideal. I had little guidance when I started so, especially from manager so had to figure things out with help of peers.
