Pros
1. Very good culture, usually there are companies who has culture in book but in their daily work routine. Paychex one of the few companies who invest money to promote culture and encourage employees to live the values which is awesome. 2. Year appraisal is good. Paychex provides 10% of salary, not basic salary as bonus every year along with yearly merit appraisal. Every year I have received at least 25% of hike. 3. Onshore leadership team is very good and helpful.
Cons
1. Most of the projects are mainly in maintenance. Either we have fix the defects or minor enhancements. End to end development, there is no scope in Paychex india. 2. Paychex culture is great in US counter parts but not in India. The staff in india are not living Paychex values compare to US counter parts. 3. HR department, most the decision they take are not ethical. Most of the time they complain about things.
