Pros
Plenty of hours, thorough training, pay was (just barely) over minimum wage.
Cons
Manager was a bully and couldn't figure out how construct a schedule and stick with it, hostile work environment, drama, coworkers (including manager) stole my sales to improve their own numbers, understaffed store resulted in having to stay a few extra hours or to come in to work when not scheduled= no social life, having to stay an hour+ later after closing time, too many tasks put on one person, harassing customers to make extra purchases, having to bug customers for their personal information at register, threats from manager and DM in regards to not meeting numbers and sales goals, inaccurate conversion counter, not being allowed to speak even briefly with other coworkers unless work-related, dishonest manager....the list could go on and on.
