Pros
Paylocity is a an agile organization that works to stay ahead of Status Quo. In this, they take real-time feedback from staff, customers, and others who have influence and can add relevant feedback and they carefully shift to add improvement to what they do. On the sales side; I've enjoyed the overall structure of the organization and the support provided.
Cons
There appears to be a waive of change for the organization that is very constant and those who are not comfortable with change may struggle with this. Coming from organizations that touted "embracing challenge and change" as part of the culture... this has not been an issue for me. Lastly, the vast majority of the staff and people do embrace the onset of new talent as we should be accepted with open arms. Less than a handful have not been welcoming.
