Paylocity is always thinking 10 steps ahead of the competition and coming out with new enhancements all the time. Access to data, support and tools at any given time remotely helps with the job especially since we all work from home.
Cons
Some of the sales tools internally could be improved on but this is something management admits and is improving. Since we do work from home you have to be disciplined and be proactive by connecting colleagues in other states.
