Pros
The top leadership actually listens and makes not only changes, but swift improvements whenever possible. I have the best boss ever, and my teammates really care and help out often. The willingness to try a fresh approach, an "intelligent selling" model has jump-started my ability to connect better with prospects, bring great solutions to them, and bring clients on board quicker than if I had to be a software guru myself.
Cons
Haven't discovered any - this thing says there's a 20 word minimum so I'm writing this to meet the minimum but my Director, my Solutions Consultant and my admin and this company as a whole have empowered me with everything I need to be successful.
