Pros
While working at Paylocity I thoroughly enjoyed the data entry team I worked on. We had to collaborate numerous times for the best way to complete a project, and each time every member on the team learned something new! I also loved learning more about Excel while there.
Cons
Since I was a temporary worker, they did not give me the customary notice for when they would either hire me full time or have no more need for me. Despite my very proactive approach to meet with my manager and inform him of my interest in full time positions within the company, I was disappointed in his false promises to do everything he could to keep me with the company.
