      Pros

      Flexibility, progressive work environment, relaxed yet professional, you have the opportunity to meaningfully contribute, intelligent development - meaning they actively develop based on client feedback.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any. It's an amazing company to work for. If there was any con, I couldn't negotiate additional time off in my first year. Maybe it was me?

      Pros

      Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

      Cons

      Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

      Teammate relationships during difficult days.

      Cons

      Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
