As a sales rep, that means I have more feature/functionality to talk about all the time! Because of the constant deployment of "a better tool box", the divide between Paylocity and our competitors functionality gets bigger and bigger. The best income opportunity hands down in the industry. 30% of our business is referred. We have an established well-respected brand. The most amazing NSS team booking apts for sales reps constantly.
Cons
Activity expectations are high and managed on a weekly basis. This is a Pro for Paylocity's success. But if you have come from a sales job without this kind of weekly activity analysis- it is definitely an adjustment. Paylocity has gotten more out of me from an activity and sales achievement than any other company because of the focus management places on activity metrics.
