Pros

Great team. Free coffee when the coffee machine works.

Cons

Since the company has gone public, the culture has changed drastically. It was once a company that felt like family but no longer feels that way. Employees are treated like numbers, and only recognized if they are well liked by management, or willing to sacrifice their personal time/families to work longer hours. "Perks" are not given on an equal basis or based on performance in any way. The regions are not streamlined in their processes or practices, and everything is left up to the personal discretion of a disengaged and far removed director.

Pros

Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

Cons

Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

Pros

Teammate relationships during difficult days.

Cons

Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
