Paylocity is a one of a kind company. I made the transition to Paylocity from a giant corporation. In the little time I have been here, Paylocity makes you feel like what you do, and how you manage your time makes a significance. You feel like what you do is important, and that you are apart of the family. In addition, leadership from top down is approachable, helpful, and willing to take feedback. They make responsible investments back into the software, clients, and employees. Most importantly they treat their employees like the most important piece of the business. Honestly, I can’t say enough about how great it is here. If you are willing to work hard, you will be rewarded and fulfilled. We truly work hard, play hard!
Cons
I truly can’t come up with anything right now. The company is great, the leadership is present and visible, and the software is superior to all of the competition.
