Pros
Even in this depressed economy, Paylocity has been growing phenomenally. There is true team attitude, where people do not engage in finger pointing and are completely focused on product excellence and client satisfaction. Benefits (& medical) are excellent. Salary is in line with current market values. Management really does care about their employees. I regularly see evidence of this. Development is currently migrating to Agile processes and it's promising to improve an already good development environment. They believe in promoting from within and do so regularly. Whether your career is established or you are just starting out, the opportunities for personal and professional growth here are outstanding.
