Pros

Used to be a great company, some great people still there, still trying to make it work. Stock doing ok. Maybe the CEO will read this.

Cons

It is plastic land. Fake values, fake words, fake talk of making things better, fake diversity plan that looks more like racial profiling (no idea why they think they can show others the way ) people "disappearing", being let go with no great reasons, no support, and swept under the rug as though they never existed. CHRO given massive power but cannot identify her own employees after 3 years unless she can take personal credit for their work, cares more about time with her "agent" than employees, and blows off meetings (never actually bothers looking at anyone on zoom) anyway", constantly claims she is responsible for making PCTY "cool" (ugh) and bringing her best friends into high level leadership roles after paying them top dollar contracts regardless of their actual talent levels or results (total joke). People quitting or taking STD because of the mental stress of working in CHRO division hurting employee health and safety despite multiple complaints. Have a problem? Nowhere to go. Can't trust HR. CEO/President seems blind. Can't trust leadership to take care of its people, just do podcasts on the great things they are doing... without actually doing anything. Actually saw Paylocity Swag for sale at Goodwill. Scary.

Pros

Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

Cons

Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

Pros

Great benefits; 90% of the ppl that worked there were the best and really did great work.

Cons

Made employees choose between having MLK Day off or Juneteenth- both which are federally recognized holidays. Excuse was that our customers are open on those days so we need to be open. So as a company, we had to pick which would be a paid holiday and everyone chose Juneteenth because it was in the summer. I think we got a floating holiday to use for any other holiday we wanted off that wasn’t recognized by the company. As you can imagine, this racism was prevalent in management/leadership. My team was the most diverse team and we all got restructured/laid off. There’s a lot of ego and control issues in this company, especially in Talent Acquisition.
