Strong compensation plan. Application really addresses key issues businesses are facing with attracting and retaining talent. So, we have a unique story and a unique perspective on how we help clients. We develop ALL of our technology so we also have incredible agility to respond to market needs. And we believe feedback is a gift and partner directly with our clients to ensure we understand the best way to address their needs. Our development roadmap is consistent year over year. We invest 10-15% of our annual revenues back into the application every year. It is pretty incredible. And most of the enhancements are completely free to our clients. We add value month over month and are not asking clients for additional spend. What vendor/partner do you know that cares about what you want/need, consistently asks for that feedback, adds that into the enhancements they provide and doesn't ask for additional $ to access the enhancements? I can't think of one.
