Pros

Fully remote that is about it.

Cons

Paylocity lacks organization! The trainers don't know the system. How can you expect your new hires to know the system and your trainers don't know the system! For heavens sake don't call the support line to ask a question, you will hear so much huffing and puffing it's so unprofessional. You are better off telling the client a lie and move on. The kicker when you go live after training you are taking incoming calls with a client base you will never talk to. So if you have payroll experience run immediately. You are taking 10 steps backwards and becoming a client service representative all over again.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, we appreciate your feedback. We realize that our Account Managers are at the forefront assisting with client related needs and are especially busy during Year End. After completing Account Manager training, we highly recommend that AM’s reach out to a mentor, leverage PEAK resources, as well Zoom and leadership hotlines for escalated support. We want to ensure that all AM’s understand our system and are equipped with the proper knowledge to be able to assist with client related needs. We strongly encourage for employees to reach out to their team lead or manager for additional support along the way.

Pros

Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

Cons

Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

Pros

Teammate relationships during difficult days.

Cons

Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
