Pros

Great co-workers and team leads. Food days!

Cons

Let's see, micromanage to the max. You can't even take a break let alone go to the bathroom without the manager instant messaging you, asking why aren't you available to take calls. This role is pretty much two jobs in one. You have to take calls from the queue plus assisting your clients via email and phone at the same time which can be stressful. Half of these positive account manager reviews must be from management. The fact that one of the account manager reviews said there is game room on the floor is false! Their is a game room but not where the account managers are. Paylocity is a great company but the account manager role can be a negative reflection.

Pros

Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

Cons

Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

Pros

Teammate relationships during difficult days.

Cons

Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
