The tech team has legacy individuals who are stuck in thinking Paylocity is still a 500 person company and new leadership who tries to shove their ideas down the legacy group’s throats. Instead of working together, they just bicker and nothing gets done. -There are pockets of very rude individuals here that would not be tolerated at many organizations -There is a lot of ‘fluff’ coming from HR. Sit and listen to any of the leadership calls and you can figure out pretty quickly it is not genuine. -Communication is either not funneled down (despite leaders saying it is) or the people below the top couple levels choose to not actually communicate; that results in a great deal of chaos and confusion
