Pros

Overall, this company does a great job treat its employees well. Steve Beauchamp and the other C-Level staff were very transparent in changes organization. They did a phenomenal job handling all the industry changes due to covid - no layoffs and we even had bonuses after the fact because we did well. The company does a ton of ERGs and really knows how to get folks excited about the hype. I worked with multiple departments due to being in operations and nearly every group had a great 'get work done' attitude and still maintained being personable. Benefits were great and the work was always exciting in ways that really accelerated my career portfolio and experience. There were some projects that were extremely demanding of time, but those periods only lasted a few weeks and were maybe once a year.

Cons

Ultimately, I left the company because new management took over our group. The culture they brought with them was completely different and it led to over half of our group leaving within the year that they came in. There were a lot of changes requested, which is normal. However, there was extreme lack of communication and decision making that didn't make sense. Projects that were necessary for growth or system stability were shut down without any reason. Newer team members were taken advantage of when the tenured staff advised differently. The team was told to stop following established processes that led to a lot of confusion. There was a lot of passive aggressive recognition given to team members for smaller projects that eclipse those that worked on larger projects. Credit was taken from members that completed the work and given to someone who wasn't involved. One on ones with management were often unprofessional or cancelled at the last minute. Multiple often led to intense heated arguments with some highly unprofessional things said. I was also advised that there would no longer be any career growth for me, because I wasn't willing to blindly follow a deicsion without minimizing impact on business users or the system. I got HR involved later on, but nothing ever became of it.

Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

Cons

Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

Pros

The pay is decent compared to the market and the tech is solid.

Cons

The company is abandoning their strategy of "partner first" and is doing their best to become a worse version of Paychex/ADP... Every decision that comes from the top seems so disconnected with reality. Turnover is a huge problem. In just 12 months I've had turnover in my director, channel partner managers, channel support, partner services, RVP, SDR, and more. It's impossible to get anything done when every position around you is a revolving door. Everyone I speak with across lines of business has a similar story. It is a mess across the entire org.
