teamwork, executives involved closely in prod dev, big spenders ;-), lots of room for career development
teams work autonomously and have a lot of leeway to do our own thing
work/life balance is a real thing here...

don't pay internet for remote ees ;(
fast pace, quick iterations then react to feedback (some might see this as a positive actually)
Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
