      Pros

      NSS is a great place to work! There are a lot of opportunities to grow your career to where you want to be. Everyone is so supportive and willing to help you with any advice or questions you have. I would highly recommend working for NSS, it is a great atmosphere which makes going to work everyday a fun experience! I've learned a lot over the time that I've worked for NSS and have been able to take the tools from training and management I received and develop my sales skills even farther

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative to say about NSS, everyone in management is always willing to hear advice in order to further improve the department.

      Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

      Teammate relationships during difficult days.

      Cons

      Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
