It's definitely a corporate setting. It's an HR software company so everything is really PC. Just don't be a loud mouth blow hard and you'll be fine. The leadership in my department was disorganized at times (but who isn't. It wasn't the end of the world). The biggest con is the pay. Well below market value. But I stuck it out because I was told they hire from within, which they do. So now I'm in a much higher paying role. I'm glad I stuck it out.
