Pros
The office has a great atmosphere and everyone is very kind. All of the management I worked with were extremely understanding and helpful in both work and personal situations. They cater lunch every Thursday, which was always nice. The time off policies are very generous and if you call out, you do not have to explain yourself or find coverage while you're gone.
Cons
The clients can be incredibly brutal. Starting out, it's essentially a free for all, meaning you don't have dedicated accounts yet, so you get blamed for other people's mistakes or misinformation. Juggling emails and calls from clients at the same time can be frustrating, especially when it's busy. Overall, I did not think the pay was worth the stress and frustration of the position.
