- Forced RTO for anyone within 50!!! Miles of an office, stating that this position was remote only during covid which is completely false.
- We experienced one of the worst year ends where payroll IC's were receiving 30+ clients to attend to weekly because people kept quitting
- instead of hiring new people and trying to manage workload, starting July/September of 2025 they are consolidating two of the MAJOR IC positions into 1 WITHOUT a pay increase. Effectively giving employees double the work for the same amount of pay.
- Instead of laying people off, they are making working here so unbearable that people just quit. Week after week, high performing consultants are leaving because of horrible management.
