Pros

When the pandemic struck, a lot of people were rendered jobless, including me. I was really worried about the fact that some companies were firing instead of hiring. How will I get a stable job with a competitive salary at this time? It was a very challenging moment for me, and I know for others too who support their families. Luckily, I have a friend who often shares her amazing experiences in her home-based job, and I can see how happy she was with her job here at Peak Support. So, I took the chance and asked her if she could recommend or refer me. During the application and onboarding period, I was so amazed at how systematic the process and how welcoming everyone was - it made me feel like I'm already a part of the company at an early stage. Even though we are working remotely, I can say that my teammates/colleagues here are the best. We are comfortable with each other, and we share thoughts and experiences without any judgments. Peak Support really upholds its core values, and I am genuinely happy that I am part of it.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
