Pros

Being with Peak Support for 9 months, I have nothing but positive feedback. From training, nesting, and finally being endorsed to production - everything went smoothly. In the beginning, I was expecting that there will be a longer adjustment period of getting to know my teammates since we are working remotely. Luckily, that was not the case because everyone was welcoming and helpful. In no time, I was surprised how I was already exchanging inside jokes with them. Compared to traditional office politics, it is a breath of fresh air to see how everyone at Peak Support promotes a positive team environment by helping unselfishly. Instead of dragging fellow members to get ahead, we're all friends who push each other to succeed at work. Just recently, I got to meet some of my teammates in person. Needless to say, we all had a great time and are already planning our next meet-up!

Cons

As of the moment, I don't see any cons in working at Peak Support.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
