Pros

Permanent Work From Home Company Provided Tools Politics isn’t too strong (but theres still some lol) CEO is way awesome, he talks directly to employees Competitive Salary

Cons

No internet reimbursement, but either forces you to have a back up internet (mobile hotspot, or pocket WiFi), or have a dual ISP at home (doesn’t make sense) otherwise, internet issues are taken against your productive hours. Not pro agent, but pro client or manager; for instances of work mistakes (areas of opportunities) some TLs would rather go straight to HR for judgment than coach their agents first for future prevention. They’d rather lose people than lose their client/s. Since career advancement is fast, filtering can be less strict. Hence TLs that get promoted may not be too experienced. Has already became a typical toxic BPO employer Requires camera on, and clean desk policy. Camera on is ok, but clean desk policy? Come on, this isn’t an on site type of work. Wells Fargo, Chase, AMEX doesn’t even have such policy for work from home. “People leave bosses, not their companies”

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
