Pros

Professional and accommodating final interview.

Cons

The recruiter sounded like he was not interested in welcoming newbies, and do the job offer at all. The reason may be because of the offered salary. The job offer is very low in the market, having them operate in the industry for quite awhile. Your experience will never be valued. Will require high specs on your PC/Laptop, noise cancelling headset, backup internet, backup power -- while they won't provide you any equipments or an allowance for it.

Thank you for taking a moment to provide us with your review. With each review, we take the opportunity to research the information provided and make thoughtful decisions in our processes. We recently completed a compensation review of all positions, and believe we are competitive in the market, as well as providing additional benefits that are both robust and valued. Many of our positions are provided with equipment, but those that are not are being reviewed to ensure our expectations are inline with other employers in the remote space. Thank you again for your time.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
