Aside from the permanent work-from-home setup, Peak Support values its employees. Amazing core values make up our wonderful culture. The company is very transparent with its goals, and everyone is given an equal opportunity to grow. That said, I highly recommend Peak Support to my family and friends!

Even though the income associated with my project or account is a little modest, given the tasks I'm managing, I'm being fairly compensated. In addition, I'm excited about the company's ambitions for the future and its expansion.

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.
Cons
As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
