Worst Recruitment Process, they gave false hope to their applicants about their start date and they never send an update, I tried to follow up with my application from january to march but I did not receive a response from them. When they reached out to me, they gave me a short notice about the onboarding session. They rushed their applicants to submit all the requirements on the day that we received their email. Worst Recruitment Process ever!!!!!!

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
